Estimates from the instant estimator are starting prices based on the mowable area you draw or confirm, with a 0 minimum per visit. Overgrown first cuts add a 0 surcharge. Other services are quoted after a property review. Jonathan gives the final price on site.

Payment is due as invoiced. Balances one month past due accrue a 0 per month late fee. Balances more than three months past due or over 00 may be sent to collections or filed as a property lien.

If something was missed or not done right, tell Holtech and we will follow up and make it right. Report issues to the crew lead or owner so we can keep quality-control records. A missed edge or blow-off alone is not a callback; where warranted it may carry a 5 upcharge at the crew lead's or owner's discretion.

Keep the lawn reasonably fertilized and watered. Holtech is not responsible for declining or dying grass on lawns that are not regularly fertilized and watered. Sprinkler heads, outdoor lighting, and concrete must be in working order before service begins; damage claims require photos showing the condition before service. Holtech does not move furniture, trampolines, or other heavy items without an extra charge, and does not trim under boats.

Restarting service after a pause carries a 25% reinstallation fee to cover processing and route adjustment. Extra services requested during a visit are either added to the bill or billed as single visits, as agreed at the time. Holtech does not process payments for other contractors or providers.
