When you request an estimate or contact Holtech through this site, we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email, along with your property address and the details of your request. We use that information only to respond to you, provide service, and bill for work done.

If you opt in to text messages, we text you back about your request or service. You can stop messages any time by replying STOP. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside Holtech and the service providers who run this website and our customer records (bound by their own privacy terms), except where the law requires it.

The estimate tool uses Google Maps to find your address and may estimate your lawn from aerial photography to give you a starting price. You can adjust or replace that estimate, and nothing is sent to Holtech until you choose to send it.
